Morning Checklist:

  • Share opening seal photo.
  • Check staff attire (white shoes, blue jeans, white T-shirts, and ID tag).
  • Share photo of staff present.
  • Share staff attendance.
  • Ensure all staff mobile phones are kept at the counter.
  • Complete cleaning, dusting of all shelves.
  • Ensure proper functioning of gadgets and report issues in the group.
  • Check store display and refill racks from storage and white boxes.
  • Take staff briefing.
  • Deposit cash and share the bank deposit slip photo in the group.

Afternoon Checklist:

  • Ensure staff are attending to customers, maintaining display, and keeping the store clean.
  • Occasionally check CCTV cameras to prevent any mishaps.
  • Ensure no empty racks; refill as needed.
  • Collect occasional customer feedback.
  • Provide inter-day sales updates (2 PM, 5 PM, 8 PM).
  • Conduct staff training (cashier, loss prevention, display) if store traffic is low.

Evening Checklist:

  • Review white boxes and warehouse.
  • Complete POS settlement and compare system vs. actual cash/card sales.
  • Share report on the group.
  • Check all staff bags before they leave the store.
  • Set aside cash sales for next day deposit.
  • Email DSR only to dsr@ventota.co.in & LP/ARM in cc.
  • Check that lights, etc., are turned off as needed.
  • Ensure CCTV is functioning.
  • Share closing seal photo on the group.

📢 SAP Attendance Review & Confirmation

Attendance from April 1 to 27 will be shared by HR. Only SAP-based corrections should be considered. SM and ARM should carefully review the details and confirm.

📢 Mandatory Requirements for New Joinees

Must have PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Bank Account, Email ID, and WhatsApp Mobile Number.
