Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before processing directly from My Account > Orders section.
- Orders can also be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund:
- Refunds are issued only for prepaid orders that are cancelled before dispatch.
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds are subject to inspection and approval by our quality team.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers are non-refundable.
- Opened or used products (unless defective) are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 - 10 business days.
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Bank details will be required for processing.
Return & Replacement
- Return or replacement can be requested within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging with all tags intact.
- Once we receive and verify the returned product, a replacement or refund will be processed.
