Assistant Manager
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Assistant Manager to support daily business operations, manage team performance, and ensure smooth workflow across departments. Key Responsibilities
1. Assist the Store/Branch Manager in daily operations
2. Supervise and guide team members to achieve performance targets
3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
4. Monitor staff attendance and productivity
5. Handle customer queries and resolve escalations
6. Maintain inventory and coordinate with supply chain
7. Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
9. Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees
